Premier Relationship Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the Premier Centre's service and sales goals and bottom line through meeting customer retention and growth targets, and by expanding and deepening your customer portfolio
  • Proactively manage the time schedule for initiating customer contacts to cement relationships with target customers
  • Assist in promoting the full financial services of the branch network by being a professional representative of the Bank encouraging business intake of investment and insurance products
  • Play a role in the successful implementation of the Bank's service and sales strategies by championing and implementing agreed service and sales programmes and processes to a high standard
  • Provide the highest standard of efficient and customer-friendly professional service to enhance the service image of the Bank

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Sales and service experience within the banking industry
  • Energetic and self-motivated approach
  • Good level of Putonghua proficiency an advantage

Counter Service Assistant

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver a high standard of service to customers and to meet their needs with courtesy
  • Count cash received and check for forgeries
  • Count cash/coins paid in/out
  • Cross-sell bank products whenever opportunities arise
  • Establish and develop an on-going relationship with walk-in customers by greeting them and handling their enquiries and requests

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Banking industry experience would be preferable
  • Customer-service focused mindset
  • Good command of written and verbal English

Junior / Financial Planning Manager

In this role, you will:

  • Achieve Financial Planning Team sales targets to increase fund and non-fund income (with an emphasis on insurance and investment products) for the Bank
  • Capture business opportunities out of existing customer base, as well as non-HSBC customers from the market and identifying potential customers from the referrals by branches and other departments
  • Participate in RBWM's sales promotions and presentations to potential groups of customers
  • Conduct cross-selling to increase the bank's profitability and making quality referrals to other business unit within the bank

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • University degree is preferred
  • Possess strong selling skills, with a motivation to succeed in sales
  • Be independent, self confident, presentable and sociable
  • Be able to work under pressure and cope with challenging task, and foster team work
  • Have product knowledge on banking services, branch operations, investment and insurance is an added advantage
  • Preferably have good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Phone Banking Officer

In this role, you will:

  • Provide a comprehensive and high quality service for all general banking needs, seeking to acquire, retain and develop profitable relationships through phone channel
  • Handle enquiries, perform transactions and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency
  • Identify sales opportunities and proactively cross-sell related service to potential customers or refer them to appropriate parties accordingly
  • Make outbound calls to follow up marketing campaign to capture selling opportunity
  • Handle inbound enquiries to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Have excellent verbal command of English and Cantonese, with Putonghua a definite advantage
  • Demonstrate effective communication and problem solving skills
  • Be independent, self confident, presentable and sociable
  • Have good tele-media selling and service skills
  • Possess investment and/or insurance licenses would be a definite advantage
