After your company's application for Business Internet Banking (BIB) is approved, all users are required to go through a registration process before using BIB. To register, you should have the following in hand:
The mailer containing the BIB ID
The mailer containing the BIB Password
The physical Security Token
Registration can be performed by accessing our website at www.hsbc.com.mo, Business Internet Banking 'Register' button.
Step 1
Go to www.hsbc.com.mo and click on the 'Register' button under Business Internet Banking located on the menu bar.

Step 2
The 'Authentication' screen appears for registration. Enter your Internet Banking ID and Password then click 'Continue'

Step 3
The 'Username' screen appears. Create a Username for yourself and click 'Continue'.

Step 4
The 'New Password' screen appears. Create a new password and confirm it. Click 'Continue'.

Step 5
The 'Terms and Conditions' screen appears. Click 'Accept' if you are agreeable.

After accepting the online Terms and Condition, the 'Registration' page below will appear.
You have successfully completed your registration for Business Internet Banking. Click 'Close'.

After you have successfully registered for BIB, you are required to use your new Username and Password to log-on to BIB. The system will prompt you to activate your Security Device immediately.
Step 1
Go to www.hsbc.com.mo. Log on to HSBC's Business Internet Banking.

Step 2
The 'Username / Internet Banking ID' screen appears. Enter the Username you have created earlier and click 'Continue'.

Step 3
The 'Enter your password' screen appears. Enter your password and click 'Continue'.

Step 4
The 'Security Token Activation Setup' screen appears. Click 'Continue'.

Step 5
Enter the 10-digit Serial Number located at the back of your Security Token
Press the button on your Security Token once to generate a 6-digit Security Code
Enter this 6-digit code and click 'Continue'

You are safely logged on to HSBC's Business Internet Banking when your Account Summary page appears.

The 'Log Off' button logs you off and thus terminates your BIB session completely and securely. If you wish to access to BIB again, you must re-logon.
