After application, you can collect the Phone PIN by mail delivery or in branch

Phone PIN can be used for phone banking service immediately

Reset your phone banking PIN

You can reset a new phone banking PIN with your existing PIN through phone banking system.

Step 1: Enter 12 digits account number or 16 digits credit card number followed by the hash key (#)
Step 2: Enter phone banking PIN

If your phone banking has been locked, please visit your nearest HSBC Macau branch and complete the Phone Banking and Online Banking Service Form to resume your phone banking service or you can apply for a replacement phone PIN.
