COVID-19 information and guidance

In response to the epidemic prevention measures of Macau SAR government and to avoid public gathering and minimize the risk of spreading coronavirus, you are highly recommended to conduct banking transactions through our Personal Online Banking, Self-Service Machines or Contact Centre. 

All branches will be resumed to normal service hours from 2 August 2022 and enhanced precautionary measures are in place:
